Study On The Management Of Community Public Sports Facilities In Wuhan Jianghan District

With the vigorous development of economy and the rapid progress of society,people’s life is getting better and better,and the pace of life is getting faster and faster.This fast-paced lifestyle not only brings pressure to people’s spirit,but also gradually exerts a great influence on people’s physical health.More and more people begin to pay attention to physical exercise,and people’s demand for community sports has also undergone earth-shaking changes.As community residents,the demand for community sports is the most basic and easiest to satisfy.Community public sports facilities are the necessary conditions to meet the basic community sports needs of community residents.At the same time,it also plays an important carrier in the development of community sports.The community public sports facilities planning,construction and management of the maintenance fundamentally affects the whole city and even the country’s sports development.Under the background of national fitness,the government of Jianghan District of Wuhan takes the construction of Healthy Jianghan as the development goal,hoping to gradually build and improve the public sports service system covering the whole district,with multiple sports facilities and equal public services.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and development trend of the community public sports facilities management,the author combines the current management situation of Jianghan District community public sports facilities with the analysis of the existing problems and reasons,and then proposes the optimization countermeasures and suggestions.The author conducted a questionnaire survey to community residents of different age groups in 12 streets of Jianghan District,Wuhan,and selected 12 communities of 4 streets to conduct field research,so as to comprehensively understand the management status of community public sports facilities in Jianghan District.In the process of analysis and research,the author summarizes the following three problems in the management of community public sports facilities in Jianghan District People’s Government and Jianghan District Sports Bureau: The unreasonable layout of community public sports facilities,the insufficient coverage of facilities,the single type of community public sports facilities and the short of community public sports facilities to meet the needs of residents,last but not the least,the community public sports facilities lack of effective management and maintenance system.In view of the above problems,the author also put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures: strengthen the relevant policy guarantee,establish and improve the relevant standards,expand the diversified channels of capital investment,improve the community public sports facilities management and maintenance responsibility system.
