Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Sports Facilities From The Perspective Of Urban And Rural Equalization

With the country’s increasing emphasis on the equalization of basic public services,the contradiction between people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced development has become the main contradiction in our society at present.Facing the problem that the development of basic public services in China is not balanced enough among regions,urban and rural areas and people,the matching degree between the layout of infrastructure and the distribution of population is not high enough,which further shows that the level of equalization needs to be improved.There is also an imbalance in the development of public sports services,especially between the supply and demand of public sports facilities between urban and rural areas,but the equalization of the supply of public sports facilities between urban and rural areas is the main material basis for improving the equalization level of public sports services between urban and rural areas.Improving the equalization of the supply of public sports facilities between urban and rural areas has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of urban-rural integration in China.The supply of public sports facilities in Yangcheng County is significantly different between urban and rural areas.In order to further understand the equalization level of rural public sports facilities in Yangcheng County,promote the development of the equalization process of rural public sports facilities in Yangcheng County,and provide universal suggestions for the development of rural public sports facilities after equalization.This paper takes the supply of rural public sports facilities in Yangcheng County as the research content,combining with the research of relevant literature and the collection and analysis of data.Firstly,the related concepts such as sports facilities and public sports facilities are defined,and the theoretical basis such as the basic public service equalization theory and the new public service theory applied in this paper are expounded.Secondly,summarize and analyze the data according to the survey data of sports venues in Yangcheng County and the questionnaire survey of residents’ satisfaction.Finally,the conclusion is that there is a significant inequality in the supply of rural public sports facilities in Yangcheng County.The superiority of the main city over other towns and villages is mainly reflected in the per capita investment,the number of investors,the types of public sports facilities,the integrity of facilities,the number of activities held,and the survey of residents’ satisfaction.The superiority of rural areas over urban areas is mainly reflected in the area of public sports facilities per capita and the number of public sports facilities per capita.This is mainly due to the low concentration of rural residents and the serious loss of population.Based on the above research,this paper explores the equalization of public sports facilities supply in Yangcheng County through the basic public service equalization theory,new public service theory and demand hierarchy theory,and draws the conclusion that the current supply of public sports facilities in Yangcheng County is uneven in many aspects.The main reasons are as follows: first,the influence of urban-rural dual structure;Second,the investment subject is single and the investment funds are insufficient;Third,the level of economic development is poor and sports integration is weak;Fourth,the fitness consciousness is weak and the demand expression mechanism is not perfect;Fifth,supervision is not in place.These five reasons lead to the uneven supply of public sports facilities between urban and rural areas in Yangcheng County.This paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures:first,coordinate the supply planning and construction of urban and rural public sports facilities;Second,the combination of government regulation and market mechanism promotes the integration of resources;Third,develop local economy and promote sports integration;Fourth,do a good job in sports knowledge propaganda and broaden the channels of demand expression;Fifth,improve the management system and strengthen the supervision of related processes.From these five aspects,it is expected to play a role in promoting the equalization of rural public sports facilities supply in Yangcheng County.
