| With the continuous development of the concept of sharing economy,Internet short-term rentals based on the Internet platform and in the form of short rent came into being.With the support of the Internet,a large number of houses have entered the short rent market.Although Internet short-term rentals meets the personalized housing needs of all kinds of people,it has had a great impact on the safety and stability of the community and the daily life of community residents.Frequent replacement of tenants not only leads to the lack of real population information,but also brings hidden dangers in public security.The uneven quality of tenants has caused many disturbing problems.To this end,in the absence of national laws and regulations to regulate Internet short-term rentals,some local government departments began to explore new models to solve the problem of Internet short-term rentals.This paper takes the practice of Internet short-term rentals governance in H street of S City as a research case,analyzes the governance status and difficulties encountered in the governance of Internet short-term rentals in H Street according to the collaborative governance theory,and further puts forward suggestions for improvement,hoping to provide reference for the governance of Internet short-term rentals in China.This paper first introduces the background of Internet short-term rentals and the purpose and significance of the research on Internet short-term rentals,and summarizes the research on Internet short-term rentals at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods of this paper.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,using comparative research,case studies,interviews and questionnaires and other research methods,this paper studies the pilot governance of Internet short-term rentals in the community of H Street,and analyzes how to register and coordinate community conflicts.Through the theory of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes many problems encountered by H Street in the process of Internet short-term rentals governance,such as the lack of means to restrict bad Internet short-term rentals,the low degree of participation of collaborative governance subjects,the difficulty in forming synergy among collaborative governance subjects,and the failure to achieve all the goals of collaborative governance,and puts forward suggestions such as providing institutional support,strengthening publicity and guidance,building a participation platform,and improving the participation subjects,It is also hoped that through the research on the Internet short-term rentals problem in the community of H Street,we can explore the experience of managing Internet short-term rentals in super large cities.Through the full text discussion,the pilot governance of Internet short-term rentals in H street community is combined with the collaborative governance theory,and the existing problems and causes are analyzed through the collaborative governance theory,and suggestions that can be used for reference are put forward. |
