| Education informationization is the general trend of education development in today’s society.Although the country has done its best to promote and popularize it comprehensively,there are still differences in the level of construction in different regions and different learning links.In order to comprehensively understand the current situation of Taizhou rural primary school education information construction,under the guidance of the general strategy of education development,effective countermeasures are put forward to provide a practical reference for accelerating the process of education information construction and realizing benign development,so as to further promote the modernization of education and meet the better and better development of education.In this paper,by using the theory of public products and digital governance theoretical basis,using literature research,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,comprehensive carding on the current situation of Taizhou education informatization construction,analyzes D Town elementary education informatization construction problems and reasons,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,provides a reference for the education informationization in Taizhou.This paper holds that the primary school education informatization in D Town has the following problems: the policy design of education informatization is not perfect,and the document implementation is not in place;Education information infrastructure is not perfect,lack of effective maintenance;Lack of digital resources,the use of education public service platform;Digital reform is not in-depth,education information management and application is not strong.The reasons for the above problems include: imperfect organization,weak policy implementation;Insufficient capital support and low benefit of capital investment;Resource construction ignores demand and platform use is formalized;Lack of overall management of education informatization and poor application integration;Education informatization personnel lack,training personnel strength is insufficient.In view reasons for the information the existing problems and reasons of the information construction of rural primary schools in Taizhou,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to promote the information construction of rural education and teaching in Taizhou :(1)Clear rights and responsibilities,scientific planning and guidance;(2)To provide stable financial support and guarantee funds;(3)Identifying needs and improving educational services;(4)Strengthen the construction of educational informatization team. |
