| The rapid development of technologies such as mobile Internet and big data has provided an important guarantee for the implementation of the Action Plan of Education Informatization 2.0.Education informatization is a new breakthrough point in education reform and an important method to boost the progress of national education.It has not only changed the way of teaching and learning,but also deeply affected the concept,culture,and ecology of education.In 2020,affected by the COVID-19 pandemic,primary and middle schools in many regions of China were completely closed.To ensure that the schools are closed but the education is not stopped,online teaching was generally adopted as an emergency plan.As the main position of compulsory education,public schools are the foothold and key point of education informatization.However,from a national perspective,the construction of education informatization in public schools is uneven in different regions.Aiming at this phenomenon,this paper selects the education informatization of public schools in the Heyuan area as the breakthrough point,and discusses how to improve the efficiency of education informatization management.It provides new methods and countermeasures for improving the education informatization management of public schools,and also has certain reference significance for the development of education informatization management in other schools.Under the guidance of constructivism,information management,and situational learning theories,the research was carried out with the use of literature research,survey research,and object interview methods.Firstly,the research background and significance were introduced,domestic and foreign literature research on education informatization of public schools were sorted out,the achievements and deficiencies in this field were summarized,and the research direction of the project was further clarified.On this basis,the connotation and relevant theoretical basis of public schools,education informatization,and informatization management were discussed at the theoretical level.Then,the problems and reasons in the process of education informatization of public schools in the Heyuan area were analyzed with a combination of questionnaires and interviews.In the end,according to the above reasons,some constructive countermeasures were proposed for the development of education informatization of public schools in the Heyuan area: 1.Enhance the awareness of informatization education and change the cognition of relevant personnel.2.Build a reasonable expense management mechanism to support sustainable development.3.Increase the training on the relevant personnel and improve the training effect.4.Create a sharing mechanism of education resources and improve the utilization rate of the resources.5.Lay more emphasis on information technology and actively expand the scope of application.6.Enhance the management of informationization organizations,and do a good job in the construction of relevant systems. |
