| In recent years,community work has continued to become more complex,diversified,specialized,and integrated.Community workers,as the main bearers of grassroots social governance,have played a more important role in solving social conflicts,maintaining social stability,and promoting social progress.Building a team of professional community workers has become the top priority in improving the level of social governance services and building a shared social governance structure.Since 2018,Jing Kou District has focused on community governance through the new goal of the situation,carried out the pilot work of the construction of the professional system of community workers,and achieved some results,but there are still many problems in the professional management of community workers.Based on the theory of community governance,career development and job burnout,this paper makes an in-depth study on the reality of professional management of community workers in Jing Kou District through questionnaires,field observations,interviews and research.The results of the work are mainly reflected in: Firstly,the remuneration system was established,social workers’ job responsibilities and job benefits were unified;secondly,the overall quality of community workers was improved,and many excellent community workers emerged;thirdly,social governance was promoted.It is found that there are still some problems in the professional management of community workers in jingkou district.From the perspective of individual,it is mainly manifested as job burnout and frequent job mobility of community workers.From the organizational level,it is mainly manifested as inadequate management funds,education and training effects.These problems restrict the further improvement of the professional level of community workers and hinder the development of community governance service innovation.This paper proposes to further optimize the professional management of community workers in Jing Kou District from three aspects:The first is to deepen the construction of the talent pool of community workers,including: exploring and implementing the classification management of multiple subjects and strengthening education and training focusing on practical operations.The second is to improve the sense of belonging of community workers.The main measures include: improving the professional evaluation mechanism of community workers and further broadening the career development channels of community workers.The third is to promote the reform of the community management system.The main measures include: establishing a two-level management model of administrative management and industry management,scientifically conducting performance appraisal and strengthening the use of results.The fourth is to focus on mining various social forces and resources.The main measures include: exploring the establishment of a comprehensive information platform and effectively integrating various social forces.I hope that I can help the construction of community workers and the innovation of social governance services.. |
