Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to ideological and political education.Ideological and political education based on the integration of universities,primary and secondary schools has been a major topic in China’s ideological work.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized: "Cultivate people with the soul of socialist core values,improve the ideological and political work system,and promote the integration of ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools." Integrated construction is the direction of ideological and political reform in primary and secondary schools in the new era.Higher vocational colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating more high-quality skilled talents,which is an important part of the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools.The ideological and political courses of vocational colleges and universities must closely follow the trend of the times and the trend of education,grasp the physical and mental characteristics of students and the needs of talent training in the context of integrated construction,give corresponding course content to school segments,innovate teaching methods and methods,and provide strong support for skilled talents to achieve high-quality development.Relevant surveys show that the barriers of cooperation between the construction of ideological and political courses and other sections of higher vocational colleges have been gradually broken,the teaching concept of the integration of ideological and political courses is gradually being promoted,and some higher vocational colleges have also carried out practical exploration of the integration of ideological and political courses.However,the integration of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is still in the initial stage,and there are still difficulties such as poor teaching connection,insufficient motivation for faculty construction,and insufficient coordination and linkage guarantees,which are due to the fact that the teaching design of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges ignores the differences of students,the subjective and objective conditions for teacher training are lacking,and the relevant guarantee mechanisms still need to be improved.The integrated construction of ideological and political courses in higher vocational classes must be based on the law of moral development of higher vocational students,and be carried out from the three levels of smooth connection,quality improvement,and collaborative linkage,so as to help the connotative development of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.First,continuously promote the integration of ideological and political course teaching in higher vocational colleges,effectively realize the unity of course goal setting,highlight the level of higher vocational and the overall progressiveness,and the unity of course content arrangement reflecting the phased nature of higher vocational education and the overall continuity;Second,continuously promote the integration of the construction of ideological and political course teams in higher vocational colleges,equip the team of ideological and political teachers who combine building strong and professional and professional training,and build an interactive and collaborative exchange platform;Third,continuously promote the integration of the ideological and political curriculum mechanism of higher vocational colleges,improve the management mechanism of the integration of higher vocational construction,establish a discussion mechanism for higher vocational co-learning and joint research,formulate an incentive mechanism for cross-school exchanges of higher vocational institutions,and improve the education mechanism for the coordination of higher vocational disciplines.
