On The Background Of "Double High" Construction,the Dilemma And Solution Of Vocational Development Of Counselors In Guangxi High Vocational Schools

At present,the talent training objectives and programs of higher vocational colleges are different from those of ordinary undergraduate colleges.Higher vocational colleges are oriented by the post requirements of enterprises and focus more on the cultivation of students’ professional skills and abilities.In recent years,with socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era and promoting socialist modernization,the essence of Chinese-style modernization requires an urgent need for application-oriented talents.Therefore,the state attaches great importance to the supply-side teaching reform of higher vocational colleges and has successively issued a number of documents and programs,among which the construction goal of "double-high Plan" has guiding significance.In the "double-high Plan",besides making a series of adjustments to the teaching content and talent training objectives of higher vocational colleges,it also puts forward new requirements for teachers in higher vocational colleges,including focusing on the improvement of professional quality and professional ethics of higher vocational teachers.As an important teaching force for higher vocational personnel training,counselors play an important role in the growth and success of higher vocational students.Based on the current situation of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,this paper takes the counselors and teachers of a university as the investigation sample and the "Double High Plan" as the development background.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other means,This paper investigates the career development environment,career development basis,career development potential and career development subject of a college counselor in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Based on the concept of college counselor and career development,the author defines the basic concept of college counselor career development.On the basis of consulting and analyzing the previous literature on the construction of counselors’ team and career development in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,this paper summarized and classified the subject consciousness,development environment,continuing education system,reward performance mechanism and other aspects of the career development of counselors in a college in Guangxi through the analysis of research samples.This paper explores the current development status and causes of problems from the supply-side and demand-side aspects of the career development of a college counselor in Guangxi,and adheres to the application-oriented research.This paper analyzes the main factors,environmental factors and institutional factors of the career development of a college counselor in Guangxi at the present stage,and puts forward the countermeasures suitable for the career development of college counselors in Guangxi under the background of "double high Plan" from the aspects of the career development foundation,development platform and subjective consciousness of college counselors.From the "three set" evaluation system and "double qualified" counselor team construction,two ways to consolidate the counselor career development foundation;From improving the threshold and access system of the counselor team to improve the basic literacy of the counselor team,focusing on the continuing education system of the counselor team to promote the development of the counselor platform construction;Starting from the construction background of the double-high plan,this paper integrates the career development plan of counseling Yuah at the present stage,and cultivates the subjective initiative of counselors in higher vocational colleges with the position ability demand as the guidance.
