Research On The Implementation Of Blueberry Industry Policies In Majiang County Based On The Smith Model

Taking the historical opportunity of reform and opening up,the county Communis Party Committee and government of Majiang County in Guizhou Province,have accelerated the development of blueberry characteristic industries in the position of leading industries,steadily increase of farmers’ income has accelerated the pace of building a new countryside.After a series of explorations,the blueberry industry in Majiang County has developed its own industrial characteristics and finally walked out of its own unique path.However,according to the development of the blueberry industry in Majiang County in recent years,there are still some problems,mainly in the implementation of public policies for the blueberry industry in Majiang County.If these problems are not solved,it will directly affect the optimization and sustainable development of the blueberry industry in Majiang County in the future.Therefore,this paper studies the implementation of the blueberry industry policy,correctly understands the problems in the implementation of the blueberry industry policy,and takes effective improvement and optimization measures to promote the development of the blueberry industry in Majiang County,which has become the top priority of the blueberry industry.From the perspective of public management,combined with the policies and implementation of the government of Majiang County in Guizhou Province to promote the development of blueberry industry,this paper studies and analyzes the problems and reasons in the implementation of the public policies for the characteristic blueberry industry in Majiang County.In addition,combined with the local objective actual situation,through combing and elaborating the excellent experience of domestic industrial policy implementation,it provides reference for Majiang County to optimize the implementation of blueberry industrial policy,and combined with the actual situation of the industry,under the theoretical perspective of the policy implementation process,it puts forward effective countermeasures to improve and optimize the implementation effect of industrial policy.This paper also has certain reference and reference significance for agricultural enterprises and local governments in western China.
