With the development of social economy,China’s higher education has also embarked on the fast lane.The conditions,quality and scale of colleges and universities have been improved in an all-round way.At the same time,the administrative management work of colleges and universities has also tended to be efficient and scientific and technological.While the work content is complex,the requirements for administrative work are also High.The increase in the difficulty of administrative work and the imbalance in the development of administrative personnel in positions are easy to cause administrative personnel to work negatively and cause occupational burnout,which makes the operation of colleges and universities inefficient and difficult for colleges and universities to perform their social functions well.This article conducts empirical research and mainly analyses the current situation,influencing factors and solutions of job burnout of grassroots administrative managers in colleges and universities.The full text includes five parts of research content: The introduction of the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research content,methods,etc.of the paper,and analyses the research status of occupational burnout at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical research part of the paper.The concept of professional burnout and the scope of college and grassroots administrators are defined.The third chapter is the empirical analysis part of the paper.Taking the grass-roots administrative management personnel the universitieof G as the object of the survey,we can understand the current situation of occupational burnout of grass-roots administrative management personnel through questionnaires and interview components.At the same time,we will analyse the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and inefficiency under the occupational burnout statistics scale,and the situation of occupational burnout with age,gender,Analyse the relationship between variables such as marital status.The fourth chapter comprehensively analyses the causes of occupational burnout of grass-roots administrative managers in colleges and universities from three aspects: individual factors,characteristics of administrative work itself and organisational level.Chapter 5 puts forward measures to prevent and alleviate the occupational burnout of grass-roots administrative personnel in colleges and universities from the three levels of individuals,organisations and government departments,and strives to work together to solve the systemic problem of occupational burnout of administrative personnel.
