Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Human Settlement Ecological Environment Improvement In Longhe Town Under The Background Of Beautiful Rural Construction

The improvement of rural living environment is a key task in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy during the 14 th Five Year Plan period.It is not only a livelihood project related to the overall situation,but also an important issue facing the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The improvement of rural living environment is closely related to the construction of beautiful countryside.The improvement of rural living environment is an essential part of the construction of beautiful countryside,and the construction of beautiful countryside is a higher standard requirement for the improvement of rural living environment.The two are in one continuous line.Especially since the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the efforts to improve the living environment in rural areas have gradually increased,and the connotation of building beautiful rural areas has also been constantly enriched.The key to building a beautiful countryside is to comprehensively improve the rural living environment.Through research on Longhe Town,it was found that although Longhe Town has achieved certain results in rural living environment improvement since 2018,there are still problems such as insufficient government leadership,weak collaboration at the enterprise level,and weak subjectivity among villagers and village level organizations.Subsequently,based on these three main factors,a thorough exploration was conducted on the causes of these problems.Finally,specific countermeasures were proposed for the improvement of rural living ecological environment in Longhe Town under the background of beautiful rural construction,which include adhering to reasonable planning principles and policy formulation from the government’s perspective,improving appropriate market mechanisms and collaboration methods from the enterprise’s perspective,and improving correct subject awareness and governance capabilities from the perspectives of villagers and village level organizations.
