Research On The Path Of Digital Rural Construction In Guangxi Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the continuous development of the Internet,new generation digital technologies represented by big data,blockchain,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things have provided a broad enabling space for rural revitalization.In the context of implementing the rural revitalization and digital rural strategy,the deep integration of digital technology and rural revitalization is conducive to promoting the digital development of the five major areas of rural economy,ecology,culture,governance,and people’s livelihood,thereby promoting the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture,comprehensive progress in rural areas,and comprehensive development of farmers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the path of digital rural construction in the context of rural revitalization.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,as well as using the core ideas of collaborative governance theory,empowerment theory,and digital governance theory,this paper summarizes the achievements and problems in the process of building digital villages in Hengzhou City,and analyze the causes of the problem on this basis,at the same time,drawing on the advanced experience of digital rural construction in some regions in China,and then discusses the optimization path of digital rural construction in guangxi.In response to current problems such as insufficient supply of basic construction elements,insufficient participation of multiple entities,low application level of rural digital scenes,and insufficient supply of rural digital policies,this study explores optimization paths from four aspects: basic elements of construction,construction subjects,construction fields,and construction security systems,with a view to providing useful references for accelerating the construction of digital villages in Guangxi,injecting strong momentum into promoting rural revitalization.
