Research On The Development Path Of Rural Digital Governance In China

Domestic academia has about digital governance,rural digital governance related research also started late.The research on rural digital governance mainly includes theoretical exploration,time value,top-level design,practice path and so on,among which the research on the practice path is mainly included in the research on the construction of digital countryside.Therefore,this paper combines classic Marxist theory and Sinicized Marxist theory,focusing on the study of rural digital governance itself.This paper mainly studies the development path of rural digital governance in China.Firstly,the relevant concepts of rural digital governance are defined.Second,it explains the thought of Marx’s political community in the classical Marxist thought,the theory of urban and rural integration of Marx and Engels and the thought of "people as the center" in the Sinicized Marxist thought,and clarifies the guiding role of Marxism in the study of rural digital governance in China.Thirdly,the paper analyzes The Times value of rural digital governance in China,and puts forward the basic framework of "idea-structure-mechanism" of rural digital governance in China on the basis of the essential connotation of national governance system based on the relationship between rural digital governance and national governance system.Fourth,based on the framework of "idea-structure-mechanism",it analyzes the existing problems and causes in China’s rural digital governance,and puts forward the future development path of China’s rural digital governance accordingly.
