Research On Xinxiang Xian’s Participation In Rural Moral Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The overall victory of getting rid of poverty has greatly improved the rural economic development and farmers’ living standards in China.With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural economy has entered the fast lane,showing new vitality,and rural moral construction has been paid more and more attention.Strengthening rural moral construction has become an unavoidable practical issue in rural areas.At present,the phenomenon of moral anomie in rural society still exists,which seriously hinders the implementation process of rural revitalization strategy and rural moral construction.In recent years,with the publication of relevant central documents,extensive coverage by news media and in-depth interpretation by scholars in different fields,Xinxiang Xian has gradually attracted wide attention from all walks of life.As a new type of governance subject,Xinxiang Xian inherits the fine virtues of the traditional rural xian,and at the same time,it is endowed with the new connotation of the times,including the socialist core values and other moral values of the new era.Its advantages in morality,economy,contacts and prestige perfectly meet the needs of rural moral construction under the background of rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to systematically study the related problems of Xinxiang Xian and rural moral construction.This paper makes a systematic study on the basic motivation,function,realistic dilemma and relief path of Xinxiang Xian’s participation in rural moral construction,which is conducive to promoting the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy and improving the overall moral level of villagers.Under the realistic demand of rural revitalization,Xinxiang Xianren was inspired by the inheritance of rural complex and the need of self-realization to participate in rural moral construction.By promoting the activities of changing customs,mediating rural contradictions and disputes,participating in rural grass-roots governance,promoting rural economic development and spreading mainstream values,Xinxiang Xianren played an important role in leading rural civilization,maintaining rural harmony,providing joint efforts,consolidating material foundation and leading values,which contributed to the smooth progress of rural moral construction and rural revitalization strategy.However,in the face of the current situation of "semiacquaintance" society in rural areas,Xinxiang Xian’s participation in rural moral construction also faces practical problems to be solved urgently,mainly the external environment for Xinxiang Xian’s participation in rural moral construction needs to be improved,the system and mechanism are imperfect,and Xinxiang Xian’s own limitations exist.Therefore,Xinxiang Xian’s participation in rural moral construction must optimize the external environment for his participation,improve relevant institutional mechanisms and strengthen the construction of Xinxiang Xian’s individuals and organizations.
