Research On Digital Governance Of Fangcheng County Government

With the rapid development of digitalization,modern technologies such as big data and the internet require service-oriented governments to provide digital services.The digital governance construction of local governments at all levels has become an urgent task.While developing the digital economy,it is necessary to provide intelligent public services,so it is essential to innovate the digital governance and public service supply model of local governments.The key to accelerating the digital governance of county-level local governments is to achieve overall and systematic collaborative governance strategies.In recent years,Henan Province has issued a series of targeted policies at the provincial level to promote the construction of the province’s digital government.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to study how the digital government construction of Fangcheng County can promote the transformation of Fangcheng County government governance to digitalization,optimize governance methods,promote "streamlining administration and delegating power" reforms,and further serve the steady progress of Fangcheng County’s economy and society.This study focuses on the digital governance issues of Fangcheng County government.Firstly,the concept of digital government and government service is defined,and the connotation of digital governance is limited.Then,combined with the theory of e-government and service-oriented government,the current status of Fangcheng County’s digital governance is investigated and researched.Through the investigation,it was found that there are generally problems such as an imperfect administrative management system,insufficient information planning and coordination capabilities,and inadequate application of government data in the current Fangcheng County government reform.To solve these problems,Fangcheng County has actively promoted digital governance construction.However,in the process of promoting digital governance,there are still problems such as the cognitive differentiation of digital government construction,information silos,low standardization of service matters,and lack of innovation in service processes.The main reasons for these issues are inadequate coordination and planning of government departments,weak information infrastructure leading to lagging industrial development,the absence of data standards hindering overall promotion,and poor inter connectivity of government information leading to difficulty in data integration.Therefore,this study proposes an effective path for Fangcheng County’s digital governance.It emphasizes the need to break through institutional barriers,improve collaborative mechanisms,and promote measures such as building a data governance system,improving the integration and sharing mechanism of government Information resources,and further promoting e-government and integrated construction.
