Study On The Influence Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance On The Entrepreneurial Behavior Of Peasants Returning To Their Hometowns

The Party’s 20th National Congress put forward new requirements for the rural revitalization strategy.For example,priority should be given to agricultural and rural development,and the revitalization of rural industries,human resources and ecology should be steadily promoted.The introduction of talents and the concentration of resources are the internal driving force of industrial prosperity.Only talents and resources go deep into the countryside can help the development of rural areas,and the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home can well respond to the development needs of this era.Due to the weak awareness of environmental protection and the extensive mode of economic development,the rural ecological environment is facing severe challenges,creating barriers for rural areas to attract talents and resources.2023 central No.1 document stressed that "solid promotion of rural living environment improvement,consolidation of rural toilet problems to explore and rectify the results,classification steps to promote rural domestic sewage treatment,promote rural household waste source classification reduction,timely disposal." In order to improve the current situation of rural human settlement ecological environment management predicament put forward an effective plan to further promote the new development of agriculture and rural areas in the new era.In order to clarify the influence mechanism between the improvement of ecological environment and the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home,this paper firstly constructed a theoretical framework of the influence of rural human settlement environment governance on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home based on multidimensional theories such as hierarchy of needs theory,expectation theory,complex theory and push-pull theory,taking rural complex as the intermediary variable.This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the effect of the governance of rural living environment on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home.Secondly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of relevant researches at home and abroad,based on the micro-survey data of the research group on the development and cultivation of western agricultural market in 2022,this paper uses OLS regression method to empirically explore the relationship between rural human settlement governance environment and farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior back home.Furthermore,the mediation effect of rural complex on the governance of rural human settlement environment and the return of peasants to their hometowns to start their own businesses is further analyzed.Specific findings are as follows.First,the treatment of rural living environment has a significant positive promoting effect on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home.The positive promoting effect of garbage treatment on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home is significantly greater than that of sewage treatment and toilet renovation.Second,the governance of rural living environment has been significantly improved,which is promoting the local complex of returning rural entrepreneurial groups.Thirdly,the rural complex plays a mediating role in the influence of the governance of rural living environment on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home.Different types of local complex play different mediating roles.Fourthly,in the model of the impact of rural living environment governance on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home,longer years of schooling,Internet use and convenient transportation can significantly positively influence the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers back home.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening the governance of rural human settlements,encouraging farmers to return to their hometowns to start businesses in multiple ways and strengthening the hypothesis of civilization,so as to provide new ideas for attracting farmers to return to their hometowns to start businesses and strengthening the governance of rural human settlements in the new era.
