| Improving the living environment in rural areas and building villages suitable for living and working and beautiful villages is an important task for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,which has a bearing on the comprehensive building of a moderately prosperous society and the fundamental well-being of the vast number of peasants.Through the development of rural living environment improvement actions,the overall appearance of the village has been renewed,but to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is far from enough to rely on the promotion of government forces,and it is more necessary for farmers to actively participate.In recent years,the state has encouraged the implementation of the payment system for improving the rural living environment,stimulated the vitality of rural households to participate in village governance,and further promoted the realization of environmental autonomy.Taking Suining County as an example,this thesis explores the factors affecting the payment behavior of rural households in rural human settlement environment improvement,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency and governance level of rural human settlement environment governance.Based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,combined with the field research data in rural areas of Suining County,SPSS25.0statistical analysis software was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ payment behavior in rural human settlement environment improvement.The study found that the greater the degree of nostalgia for the living village,the stronger the sense of responsibility for the improvement of the village environment,and the more willing they are to cooperate with the government and village collectives to create beautiful and livable villages.In addition,the greater the influence of neighbors,village officials and the government,the more it helps to promote farmers’ awareness of environmental governance,increase farmers’ understanding of environmental remediation actions,and the more willing they are to pay for environmental remediation services and generate actual payment behavior.Based on the above analysis,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the cost bearing of farmers in the improvement of rural living environment: first,enhance farmers’ environmental awareness;Second,give full play to the subjective role of farmers;The third is to establish and improve the supervision and management mechanism. |
