Research On Grid Governance Mechanism And Optimization Path Of Rural Community

The countryside occupies an important position in our country,and the development of rural communities also has important influence on the governance pattern.With the rapid development of our economy and the advancement of urbanization,the rural community is keeping pace with The Times,the needs of rural community residents began to become more diverse.In the past,the model dominated by the government and passively accepted by rural community residents can no longer adapt to the diversified,complex and prominent contradictions in today’s society.Residents have put forward more detailed requirements for the projects and quality of public services.T Town has a good economic base,a large floating population,a large base of rural talents,has a good representation in rural communities.The author selected T Town as a case and studied the community grid governance mechanism and optimization path of T Town,trying to provide reference and reference for the rural communities that are transitioning from the dominant government to the service-oriented government with a good economic foundation in community grid governance.In this paper,the multi-center governance theory,seamless government theory and fine management theory are used to study and analyze the operation of grid governance in T-Town community through interview method and case study method.This paper analyzes the background and current situation of grid governance in T town,and finds that there are still some problems in grid governance in T town,such as single participant,unsound operation mechanism,insufficient construction of grid team,difficulty for full-time community workers to play a role,mismatch between supply and demand of public services,etc.The main reasons include insufficient publicity and guidance,outdated operation and management concept,lack of incentive mechanism,lack of unified organization of full-time community workers,and unclear functional positioning.In view of the above problems,the research finds that the optimization path of community grid governance mechanism mainly includes: guiding multiple subjects to participate in governance,perfecting management mechanism,perfecting security mechanism,strengthening full-time community worker team construction,and clarifying functional positioning.
