Research On Community Grid Management In Xigang District From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Community is the most basic unit of social management.Its service is closely related to the life of the masses,directly affecting the happiness index of the masses and the image of the government in the minds of the masses.In recent years,along with Chinese country’s active and beneficial exploration in the grid management of urban communities,the ability of community management and service has been significantly improved,and good social benefits have been achieved.Nearly forty years of reform and opening,China has entered in socialist new era,in the reform period and the deep water area,the original community management can’t fully meet the needs of social development,to meet the demands of the public service of the masses,new social contradictions appear constantly.Due to the exploration stage and lack of theory and experience in community grid management,the mode of management is facing severe challenges,which add urgency to further optimize the community grid management.The construction of service-oriented government in China started relatively late,but in the wave of international administrative reform,it has formed its own characteristics.The construction of service-oriented government in China over the past decade,adhere to the people-oriented principle,to serve the people wholeheartedly,in order to solve the problems of people’s livelihood as the fundamental starting point and goal of serving the people,responsible to the people,and constantly improve the satisfaction of the people working for the government,to provide a good reference for the community grid management,pointed out the new way to optimize the management mode.This paper takes the construction of service-oriented government as the angle of view,and takes the community grid management in Xigang district as the research object.Through in-depth grass-roots,in-depth masses,in the form of research,visit and conversation,we grasp present situation of the community grid management in Xigang district,systematically analyze the mode of the community grid management in Xigang district and the existing problems and shortcomings.Combining with the regional characteristics and work practice,we apply the related theories of service-oriented government to explore the way of strengthening the community grid management in Xigang district,improving the ability of community governance and the satisfaction of the masses,and maintaining social harmony and stability.
