Research On Suqian Discipline Inspection And Supervision Department’s Response To Network Public Opinion Supervision

With the rapid development of Internet technology,network media,the influence of the expanded gradually,the network supervision by public opinion is an effective means for people to realize democratic rights,and gradually become a new era to promote party construction of a clean government and combat corruption go deep solid,both to curb the abuse of public power,and enhance the trust of the masses let public authority.Because of this,the network supervision by public opinion to the local discipline inspection departments also bring huge challenges,in the face of this situation complex anti-corruption,how to scientifically deal with the network supervision by public opinion is a difficult problem facing the local Discipline Inspection Departments,Discipline Inspection Organs only supplement the short board,to create a good political ecology,to escort for the local high quality development.Based on the actual work of Suqian Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department,this thesis adopts the methods of literature research,comparative research and questionnaire survey to first explain the concepts related to disciplinary inspection and supervision and online public opinion supervision,and then analyzes the investigation situation of Suqian Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department’s Response to Network Supervision by Public Opinion.Points out that the Suqian Discipline Inspection Departments in dealing with the disposal mechanism is not sound in the network supervision by public opinion,public opinion guiding ability is weak,lack of interactive information professionals scarce,the network position construction and other issues.By comparing the successful experience of other domestic disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies in responding to online public opinion supervision and drawing on the achievements of foreign countries in using public opinion supervision to fight against corruption,finally,combined with the situation of Suqian,the countermeasures of Suqian Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department to deal with the problem of network public opinion supervision are put forward,namely: Improve the legal system and Solve the problem at the source;Change ideas and Enhance coping ability;Improve mechanisms to respond to people’s expectations;Set up a full-time team and Create professional talents;Smooth public opinion demands,Build clean culture and other aspects,through these practical measures to promote the discipline inspection and supervision work of Suqian City to a new level,and provide new ideas for other local Discipline Inspection and Supervision Departments to effectively deal with the supervision of network public opinion.
