Research On The Organization Standardization Construction Of Comprehensive Governance Center In Yongqiao,Suzhou

In China,the comprehensive governance of social security has a history of over40 years,and it plays a unique role in national governance and promoting high-quality economic and social development.In the new era and situation,establishing a comprehensive governance center and carrying out organizational standardization construction is a positive exploration for solving current contradictions and disputes,maintaining long-term stable social development,and also a mechanism innovation.It provides a new approach and solution model for governance innovation.This article uses literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to start with the standardized construction of the comprehensive governance center in Yongqiao District,Suzhou City,and analyzes its current situation.It can be clearly seen that Yongqiao has completed the construction of the district town village three-level comprehensive governance center through the structure,standardized work responsibilities,systems,processes,and accounts,and effectively promoted various social security comprehensive governance work,including grid management services.However,through in-depth analysis,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the standardization construction process of the comprehensive governance centers at all levels in Yongqiao,such as weak links in the exercise of functions,incomplete team facilities,weak work synergy,and unclear diversified joint governance.Through analysis,it is believed that this is due to the intersection of organizational functions,insufficient investment,incomplete responsibility implementation system,and incomplete collaborative governance system,by combining public organization theory,collaborative governance theory,and total quality management theory,countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to optimize organizational structure and functional settings,increase investment,improve responsibility implementation system,and build a diversified collaborative governance system.This provides solutions and references for improving the standardized construction and operation of comprehensive governance centers at all levels in Yongqiao.
