Research On The Operation Status Of Urban Social Security Comprehensive Management Center From The Perspective Of Digital Governance

With the current rapid development of society,people’s interests and demands are diversifying,and various kinds of conflicts and disputes and social problems are emerging,which has put forward higher requirements for social governance.Since the 20 th Party Congress,emphasis has been placed on building a grassroots governance platform supported by information technology and creating a social governance system of common construction,governance and sharing.The introduction of digital technology into social governance is a necessary step in line with the development of the times.Making full use of modern technology to integrate multiple data resources can help promote the maximization of social governance efficiency.The Comprehensive Social Security Management Center(hereinafter referred to as the Center)undertakes functions such as conflict mediation,security and stability maintenance,letter and visit reception,and public legal services,and plays an important role in maintaining social stability as a comprehensive social security management service platform directly facing the masses.On this basis,the comprehensive governance center carries out digital reform and establishes a comprehensive governance information platform to integrate and analyze multiple information,which has a positive contribution to the performance of its functions.This paper uses literature research,questionnaires,field research and interviews to analyze the current situation and problems of the operation of the general governance center in D,Gansu Province from the perspective of digital governance,on the basis of combing and analyzing research results in related fields at home and abroad.Through the field research,we understand the main functions,operation process and the effectiveness of the comprehensive governance center in D city,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the public’s understanding and satisfaction of the work of the comprehensive governance center.Based on the results of the survey,we focus on the main problems of the digital operation of the comprehensive governance center in D city and analyze the reasons for them,and propose to change the digital thinking of the governance subject and promote the diversity of subjects from the perspective of digital governance,improve the digital operation system of the governance process and promote the integration of multiple forces,improve the digital degree of the governance carrier and optimize the countermeasures and suggestions of the information platform of comprehensive governance.We will continue to explore the means and paths of digital operation of the comprehensive governance center,further enrich and improve the existing research results,and provide reference for the construction and development of comprehensive governance centers in other regions in China.
