Research On The Comprehensive Administration Of Public Security In Q City

The comprehensive governance of public security is the experience and lesson that our party and government constantly learn form the legal system construction in exploring the socialist construction,and it is a new way to maintain social harmony and stability and be endowed with the new time connotation.Since the reform and opening-up,the party and the government have made efforts to promote the comprehensive governance of public security,and extensively mobilized diversified subjects to participate in the comprehensive governance of public security.It has maximally ensured social stability and the safety of people’s lives and property.City Q is close to Beijing,the social security and stability of city Q must be put in the first place of economic and social development.However,with the rapid development of social economy,the comprehensive governance of public security in city Q is also facing new risks and challenges.For example,the traditional crime model is constantly upgrading,and new illegal crimes are constantly being created.Although the social environment of city Q has been significantly improved under the sterner measures to combat crime and the process of eliminating the evil forces,due to the institutional defects left in the process of urbanization,there is still room for some criminals to seek profits.The research methods of Master’s thesis include literature research,empirical analysis,investigation and research.In combination with the actual work,the author understands the current situation of comprehensive management of social security in various counties and districts of city Q.On the basis of fully drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ theoretical research on comprehensive governance of social security,this Master’s thesis sorts out the current situation of city Q from five aspects: system and mechanism construction,prevention and resolution of social contradictions,social security prevention and control,and improvement of social services.This paper points out the problems existing in the role of grassroots organizations,the level of information technology,the quality of law enforcementpersonnel,coordination of social organizations,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Hoping this article could be helpful to the actual work.
