Research On The Participation Of The New Era Civilization Practice Center In Rural Grassroots Governance

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the development speed of urban grassroots society is changing rapidly,while the rural grassroots society is in a long-term stagnation state.The pace of development in rural areas is gradually slowing,and the political,economic,and cultural contradictions in rural grassroots society are increasingly prominent.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to address the country’s biggest weakness in the process of socialist modernization: rural issues,the Party and the country have successively launched a series of strategic measures aimed at rural areas.In 2018,the construction of the New Era Civilization Practice Center was proposed for the first time,and this rural grassroots construction work with the construction of spiritual civilization as a cutting edge has been responded to throughout the country since its introduction,Constantly innovate and explore ways and means to better and faster integrate civilized practice into rural grassroots governance in the new era.With the construction and development of rural grassroots society entering the key areas and deep water areas,the construction of the New Era Civilization Practice Center at the rural grassroots has also entered a new era.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "creating a social governance pattern of joint construction,joint governance,and sharing",which is both a summary of the experience of rural grassroots governance since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,It is also a new requirement for further strengthening and innovating the governance and integration of the New Era Civilization Practice Center at the rural grassroots level.On this basis,the author conducted on-site research on the New Era Civilization Practice Center in rural areas of Xuzhou City.Based on the Marxist theory of social community and the New Era Civilization Practice Center established in vast rural areas as a window,the author studied the participation process of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in rural grassroots governance,and explored the internal operational logic of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in promoting rural grassroots governance.By analyzing the mechanism of the participation of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in rural grassroots governance in the Xuzhou region,we aim to understand the main ways,methods,and sources of motivation for the New Era Civilization Practice Center to participate in rural grassroots governance.By conducting in-depth and extensive research,we have identified the main problems faced by the New Era Civilization Practice Center in participating in rural grassroots governance,summarized the main factors that affect the participation of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in rural grassroots governance,explored the underlying root factors,and ultimately proposed optimization and improvement suggestions for the participation of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in rural grassroots governance.
