Research On The Construction Of The New Era Civilization Practice Center In W City,Ningxia

The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning Adhering to and Improving the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics,Advancing the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capacity,and the Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long Range Goals for 2035,adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,As well as the Regulations of the CPC on Propaganda Work,the Regulations of the CPC on Rural Work and other relevant central documents,Both have successively put forward requirements for building a new era civilization practice center.Building a new era civilization practice center is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee based on the actual development of China’s spiritual civilization.It is a major measure to promote the deepening and rooting of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It is also a major measure to consolidate the Party’s mass foundation and governance foundation,and a vivid practice to improve grassroots governance level and meet the new expectations of the people’s spiritual and cultural life.Deeply studying the construction of a new era civilization practice center not only improves the quality and efficiency of its construction results,but also has positive theoretical and practical significance for promoting the construction of grassroots spiritual civilization in China.This article selects the New Era Civilization Practice Center in W City,Ningxia as the research object,and analyzes and explores the current construction status,effectiveness,and existing problems of W City,as well as the further role of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in promoting grassroots spiritual civilization construction and promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.
