Research On County Government Promoting Rural Tourism Development

Over the years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the gradual improvement of the vacation system and social security system,the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses have increased.Rural tourism,with its unique folk customs and scenery in rural areas,has attracted a large number of tourists to experience sightseeing.Especially since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,local governments have seized the opportunity to promote rural economic development through rural tourism development,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and assist in the implementation of rural revitalization.This article takes F County as the research object,using literature analysis,interviews,and questionnaires,drawing on relevant academic achievements at home and abroad,and based on the actual situation of rural tourism development in F County to conduct research.Combining relevant government functions,analyze the problems existing in the overall planning,public services,talent team construction,market supervision,publicity and marketing of F County Government in the development of rural tourism.Use theoretical knowledge such as market failure,green development,new public services,and public products to explore optimization measures for county-level governments to further promote rural tourism development.It mainly includes: first,strengthening government planning and strengthening the leading role;Second,improve infrastructure and public services;Third,optimize talent policies and improve the education and training system;Fourth,strengthen government supervision and maintain market order;Fifth,strengthen government propaganda and do a good job in tourism marketing.This article adheres to the close combination of theory and practice,based on the current situation of rural tourism development in F County,Through in-depth analysis and research,propose targeted strategies and suggestions for county-level governments to promote the development of rural tourism there,providing reference for researchers in areas similar to F County and related fields.
