Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of General Technology Grid In S Town Of Boxing

In recent years,Zhejiang,Shandong and other places began to implement general grid governance,and achieved some results.It can be said that general grid governance is another innovative measure of grass-roots social governance,and it is also the upgraded version of grid management,namely the 2.0 version of grid governance.In 2019,driven by the administrative power of the superior government and the local rural social governance issues,s town of Boxing County,Shandong Province began to pilot the "General Technology Grid" governance mode.How does this new governance model work? What are the experiences and practices of S town? What achievements have been made? What are the shortcomings and shortcomings? How to improve it? This is the focus of this study.Through in-depth field research in S Town,this study conducted semi-structured interviews with the grid management personnel in S Town,the grassroots grid chief and the general grid personnel to obtain the first-hand information about the governance of "general grid".Through in-depth analysis of the governance mode of "grid of general science and technology" in S Town,this paper holds that the mode has achieved good results in integrating service resources,saving service costs,improving service efficiency and improving service effect.At the same time,there are still some problems in this governance model,such as strong administrative color,imperfect management system,insufficient team building,imperfect security mechanism and insufficient participation of multiple subjects.Therefore,this study proposes that the above problems should be solved from the following aspects: defining the government’s function orientation in the "GTU grid",improving the "GTU grid" management system,strengthening the "GTU grid" team construction,improving the "GTU grid" security mechanism,and guiding the participation of multiple subjects.
