Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Relocated Communities In Nujiang

As an important way of governing the Party and the country,ideological and political work has always been an important "lifeline" and "heirloom" of the Party.As an important battlefield for grassroots governance in the new era and an inevitable extension of the Party’s ideological and political work field,relocated communities for poverty alleviation have been endowed with new governance requirements in the new era of social governance pattern.However,there is currently limited research on the ideological and political work of relocation communities for poverty alleviation in China,and theoretical research is far from meeting the needs of practical development.Taking the relocation community for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture as an example,conducting empirical research on the ideological and political work of relocation communities for poverty alleviation can provide certain reference for the ideological and political work of relocation communities for poverty alleviation in border ethnic areas.This article comprehensively adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and interview to conduct random surveys and interviews on residents and workers in four different scale relocation communities for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture.Through statistical analysis of the survey data,it summarizes the achievements of ideological and political work in relocation communities for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,And propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.Mainly elaborated on the research background,research purpose and content,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods.The second part is an overview of ideological and political work in relocated communities for poverty alleviation.Firstly,the concepts of relocated communities for poverty alleviation,ideological and political work,and community ideological and political work were defined.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the research was clarified.The third part is the investigation and experience summary of the current situation of ideological and political work in the relocation community for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture.Conduct a questionnaire survey and interview with residents and workers in the relocation community for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture,and conduct statistical analysis of the obtained data.On this basis,the current achievements in the ideological and political work of poverty alleviation and relocation communities in Nujiang Prefecture mainly include: providing policy guarantees through institutional innovation;Consolidate Community Governance through the guidance of party building;Stimulate endogenous motivation through cultural promotion;Promoting community development through democratic autonomy;Guide residents to integrate through warm hearted services.The fourth part is an analysis of the problems and reasons for the relocation of poverty alleviation communities in Nujiang Prefecture.Through research,it has been found that there are mainly the following problems in the ideological and political work of the relocation community for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture: insufficient depth of community ideological education,optimization of community organizational structure,urgent strengthening of community moral education,improvement of residents’ legal literacy,and insufficient supply of residents’ psychological needs.Analyze the reasons for the existing problems from four aspects: the subject,intermediary,environment,and object of ideological and political work.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the ideological and political work of the relocation community for poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture.We will optimize the ideological and political work in relocated communities by transforming the concept of community ideological and political work,improving the mechanism of community ideological and political work,optimizing the construction of community ideological and political work teams,innovating the content and methods of community ideological and political work,and strengthening the construction of community ideological and political work environment.
