Study On The Governance Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Yongjia County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

To achieve rural revitalization,ecological livability is the key.As an important hand in the construction of ecological livability,rural habitat improvement is not only conducive to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization but also to enhancing rural residents’ sense of happiness,access,and security,which is an important embodiment of practicing the concept of "people-centered".Three-Year Action Plan for the Improvement of Habitat Environment",which not only provides a systematic plan for the top-level design of rural habitat environment improvement but also provides an action plan with operational pointers.Since then,the grassroots have carried out a rich variety of practical exploration,and the construction of ecological livability has made substantial progress and formed a wealth of experience.At the same time,the process of remediation around the world has also revealed some new problems that need to be solved,which require solid research and effective solutions that are highly targeted.Based on the data collection by participatory observation and questionnaire survey,this paper systematically analyzes the main practices and effectiveness of rural habitat improvement in Yongjia County and establishes a structural equation model to empirically analyze the satisfaction of rural habitat improvement in Yongjia County and its influencing factors,and uses a multi-case study method to case verify the influencing factors of village habitat improvement satisfaction in Yongjia County,and draws empirical insights.In turn,policy recommendations are made for the improvement of satisfaction with rural habitat improvement in the whole of Yongjia County.Through the study,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)By focusing on the optimal allocation of industries,Yongjia County has achieved the development of industries and the improvement of rural life,rationalized village planning,carried out agricultural sewage and waste treatment in an orderly manner,significantly improved village appearance,and initially formed a long-term management mechanism.(2)The satisfaction of rural residents in Yongjia County with rural habitat improvement is not high,and the main factors affecting their satisfaction are rural natural environment,housing conditions,rural infrastructure,farmers’ economic burden,and social services,and the case study further verifies this conclusion.(3)Yongjia County should further improve farmers’ satisfaction with rural habitat improvement in the following aspects:first,transforming farmers’ production and living styles to improve the natural environment;second,widely publicizing the cooperation of multiple parties to improve living conditions;third,improving infrastructure construction;fourth,broadening financing channels to reduce farmers’ economic burden;and fifth,improving long-term mechanisms to provide quality social services.
