Research On Grain Security Under New Development Pattern

“A country is based on the people,and the people depend on food”.Food has always been the most basic means of survival for human beings.In modern society,food security ranks the first in national security and has become an important basis for social development and progress.In order to cope with the complex and changeable economic situation and promote high-quality economic development,China has put forward the major economic strategic goal of "double cycle" new development pattern.As the cornerstone of national security and stability,food is not only the strategic basis for realizing a new development pattern,but also the core content of building a new development with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international cycles mutually reinforcing.Ensuring food security is of great significance to building a new development pattern.Therefore,it is very necessary to sort out the literature,analyze the current situation and summarize the path,and then conduct a deeper discussion on the issue of food security.On the basis of summarizing the theory of food security and combining with the current situation of food security under the new development pattern of our country,this paper analyzes the existing problems of food security,aiming at summing up feasible and innovative practical paths.This paper conducts a systematic study from the following four parts:The first part is the connotation and importance of food security under the new development pattern.This part mainly defines food security under the new development pattern from two aspects of connotation and importance,and clarifies the necessity and urgency of studying food security under the new development pattern.Firstly,the connotation of food security is defined,and then the new connotation of food security under the new development pattern is summarized,summarized and analyzed,mainly from the important premise,political security,economic security,social security,socialist modern power needs five aspects of the importance of ensuring food security under the background of the new development pattern.The second part mainly sorts out the theoretical basis of food security through sorting out historical materials.Extracted by summing up the marxism classical writers,the relevant theories of the main leaders of the communist party of China,or related discussions,in-depth excavation of the food security theory origin,clear food safety research in China under the background of new development pattern theory support.The third part mainly elaborates the main achievement,existing problems and reasons of food security since the new era.The main achievements of food security mainly focus on the steady increase of grain output,the increase of sown area in production and marketing areas,the enhancement of grain reserve capacity,the continuous improvement of people’s nutritional status,and the opening up of a new situation in international grain trade.At present,there are some prominent problems in food security,such as pressure in domestic food cycle,breakpoint in external food cycle,and possible impact of international food cycle on domestic food cycle.The main causes of these problems are the impact of the ideological trend of globalization,the ideological exclusion and the restriction of international trade rules,the transformation of our main contradictions,the weak discourse power of international trade,the imperfect food protection policy and so on.The fourth part mainly explores the practical ways to promote our food security under the new development pattern.Based on the analysis of the achievements,existing problems and reasons of food security under the premise of being clear about the importance of Chinese food security under the new development pattern,This paper puts forward some practical approaches for China’s food security under the new development pattern,such as strengthening the foundation of stable grain yield in China,stimulating the vitality of domestic circulation,constructing external grain supply system in multiple ways,and improving the capacity of international recycling.
