Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Rural Tourism In D Township,jiangxi Province

With the improvement of material living standards,people’s demand for spirit and culture is also constantly increasing,and rural tourism is gradually becoming an important choice to meet this demand.However,before rural tourism reaches a new level and has complete marketization conditions,as an important driving force for rural tourism development,whether grassroots governments can fully fulfill their duties is related to the level and quality of rural tourism development,as well as the success or failure of rural tourism development.This paper first explains the core concept of rural tourism and the government functions in rural tourism,and then provides a detailed review of the new public service theory and other theories as the theoretical basis.Then,select D Township in Jiangxi Province,which is rich in rural tourism resources,as the research object,comprehensively and deeply analyze and research the government functions in the development of rural tourism using literature research,field research,survey questionnaire methods and interview method.The analysis based on questionnaire surveys and case interviews shows that D Township in Jiangxi Province has problems such as inaccurate overall planning points,inadequate tourism supporting facilities,imperfect public service supply,and insufficient market supervision.Further analysis of the reasons indicates that the lack of specific tourism planning,insufficient funding for tourism development,weak public service concepts,and non-standard market supervision and management may be the underlying reasons behind the problems.Finally,in order to optimize the government functions in the development of tourism in D Township,this article proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects,including developing a multi-dimensional scientific planning system,increasing investment in tourism funds through multiple measures,providing high-quality public services in multiple aspects,and establishing sound regulatory mechanisms based on the combination of unified and decentralized management.
