Research On The Function Of Grass-roots Government In The Development Of Rural Tourism

Rural tourism is a kind of cultural activity whose fundamental purpose is to develop and utilize the characteristic resources of rural tourism.At present,with the rapid development of rural tourism industry,rural economy presents a new development model.In this economic model,not only the income level of farmers has been improved,but also the quality of life of farmers has been improved,and even attract talented people to return to their hometown,enhancing the vitality of the region,for the sound and rapid development of rural areas into more fresh impetus.At present,domestic academic circles have conducted a lot of studies on the development of rural tourism,but most of them describe the practical experience and results of pilot demonstration areas,few scholars pay attention to the relatively backward areas of rural tourism development.Therefore,this paper is to shandong Tai’ an City daiyue case analysis of D town,by the methods of investigation,subject analysis,semi-structured interviews and other research methods,and introducing the theory of good governance and cooperative governance theory as the basis of argumentation to the development of rural tourism,the how to effectively play to the functions of the government launched an in-depth analysis and summary of the system.hrough in-depth understanding of the development of rural tourism in D town,it is found that D town has developed and promoted the tourism economy by relying on the key advantages of high-quality natural resources and long history and culture of the region.In recent years,through the functions of the government and the joint efforts of all parties,the environmental quality of the village has been greatly improved,the economic conditions and living standards of farmers have been greatly improved,and the development of the region has made certain achievements and fruitful results.According to the data consulted,we decided to collect and sort out all kinds of relevant data through surveys and interviews,so as to understand the role of the government of D town in the development of rural tourism.Through investigation and data analysis,it can be seen that there are defects and deficiencies in many aspects of the city,specifically manifested as:the overall planning of rural tourism resources development is not sound;Infrastructure construction is not in place,public services are not convenient;Tourism resources propaganda is not in place,low awareness rate.Then the specific reasons for the lack of government functions in TOWN D are analyzed,and the results are as follows:the development thinking of local government is not broad,and the planning and design highlights are not enough;Financial input is insufficient,infrastructure support capacity is limited,service system is not perfect,industrialization level is still very low;Rural tourism personnel training is insufficient.According to the analysis of the reasons,the author combines theory and practice,integrates the local actual situation,and refers to the excellent cases of rural tourism at home and abroad,puts forward a series of measures for the operation of government functions,such as scientific and reasonable planning,innovation of management ideas,increase of government investment,strengthen the introduction and training of talents,and strengthen the government’s tourism publicity service.It has important reference value for government function operation in rural tourism development of D town.
