Research On The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Qianjiang District, Chongqing From The Perspective Of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalizatio

In the context of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,with the continuous development of economy and society and the deepening of rural construction,the expectation of the masses for more and better enjoyment of the fruits of rural construction is getting higher and higher,which requires our village party organizations not only to have "someone to manage things",but also to have "money to do things".This requires that our village-level party organizations should not only have"people to manage things" but also "money to do things.The development of the rural collective economy is an important grasp of the "three rural" work,is an important channel for farmers to get rich and increase income,is related to the overall situation of agricultural and rural reform and development and stability,is an inevitable requirement for building a strong agricultural country,the realization of urban and rural integration.Qianjiang District of Chongqing is located in the hinterland of Wuling Mountains,a combination of old revolutionary areas,ethnic minority areas,remote mountainous areas,mainly in the mountain economy,facing the fragile ecological environment,the development and utilization of land resources and other practical difficulties.In recent years,Qianjiang District has boldly explored and actively innovated to vigorously promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and the development of rural collective economy has achieved certain results.This paper studies the development of collective economy in Qianjiang District from the perspective of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,supported by government intervention theory,industrial integration theory and "point-axis" development theory,using literature analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and multiple linear regression method,through data analysis,case interpretation and experience summary.We analyze the current situation of rural collective economy development in Qianjiang District.Qianjiang District has been growing the rural collective economy by deepening the reform of the rural collective property rights system,strengthening the leadership of the Party organization on the village collective economy,and finding the path of new rural collective economy development.Although certain results have been achieved,the development still faces problems such as single source of income for village collective economy,unbalanced development,weak awareness of developing collective economy,and inadequate supervision and management.From the above problems,the factors that may affect the development of rural collective economy in Qianjiang District are sorted out and analyzed by using multiple linear regression method to derive the factors that affect the development of rural collective economy in Qianjiang District.And the following suggestions were put forward as follows: strengthen cadres and talents training,optimize policy support,adjust and optimize industrial projects,and strengthen supervision and management.
