At present,with the introduction of the "Rural revitalization Strategy" and the acceleration of the construction of "building a new socialist countryside",rural grassroots organizations are faced with a series of new situations and new problems,which has brought more to the construction of rural grassroots organizations.Update the topic.How to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations is not only a major theoretical issue that requires serious research and reflection,but also a major practical issue that needs to be highly valued and resolved.To strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations.Therefore,the rural grassroots organizations studied in this paper refer specifically to village party branches and village committees.In this paper,the rural basic organization in Changle District was selected as the research object,and the investigation was carried out by means of questionnaire survey,group discussion,individual interview,literature review,and logistic multiple regression analysis.At the same time,the typical village case was selected for in-depth analysis.It is concluded that the construction of rural basic organizations in Changle District has achieved great results,but there are still many problems,such as the lack of cohesion of rural basic organizations,the lack of democratic decision-making and management,and the lagging of team construction.The level of team building,economic development,social management,and cultural construction have a significant impact on the effectiveness of rural basic organization construction.
