On the one hand,the Internet "rural feminist" misunderstood the principle of gender equality,constantly advocated the banner of feminism,extreme hatred of men and "women are superior to men";on the other hand,it misinterpreted the consistency of rights and obligations,emphasizing that women unilaterally obtain interests,especially material interests,and refuse to fulfill obligations or assume responsibilities.The Internet "rural women’s rights" has intensified many gender contradictions and conflicts,which not only seriously violates the principle of gender equality and the legal norms of freedom of speech,disturbs the order of cyberspace and hinders social harmony and stability,but also brings serious negative impact on women’s image.In the long future,the rights and interests of women’s rights and interests are seriously damaged in the long run.Based on the analysis and investigation of the network "rural women’s rights",it can not only provide solutions for the management of freedom of speech and the construction of law in cyberspace,and create a clean network space environment;but also improve the stereotype of women,maintain female image,face up to the realistic difficulties faced by women,and protect their legitimate rights and interests.Through empirical research method,value analysis method,literature research method and historical analysis method,this paper studies the typical remarks of network "rural women’s rights",confirms the seriousness of network "rural women’s rights",then analyzes its causes,and then reveals the legitimacy and legitimacy,and finally explores the correction measures of network "rural women’s rights".This paper,a total of four parts: first through the network "rural women’s rights" and its discourse after empirical investigation,reveals the connotation of network "rural feminist" is on the one hand,with the pursuit of gender equality,male hatred,advocating gender opposition,on the other hand will weaken even materialized,just want to obtain unilateral material interests,refused to fulfill the corresponding obligations of feminism behavior.Secondly,it reveals the origin mechanism of the network "rural women’s rights",and finds that it is jointly influenced by various factors,such as historical thoughts and social concepts,the practical difficulties and challenges of the survival and development of Chinese women,and the trap of consumerism.Through the social contract theory and Habermas’ communication theory,the author reveals the abuse and infringement of freedom of speech,gender equality and social harm.Finally,explore the governance path of the network "rural feminist".The most essential problem is the lack of online free speech and the lack of protection of women’s legitimate rights and interests.Only through legislation,law enforcement and justice to continuously improve the governance of online freedom of speech and the legal protection of women’s legitimate rights and interests,can we provide effective governance of the Internet "rural women’s rights".
