By 2035,the number of people aged 60 and above in China will exceed 400 million,accounting for more than 30 percent of the total population.Due to the continuous growth of the elderly population in China,the small family structure and the inadequate supply of beds in nursing institution for the aged,the traditional elderly care service model can not effectively solve the increasingly serious problem of the aged.For nine years in a row,the Chinese government has emphasized "elderly care" in its work report,and has continuously published various policies and measures,demanding continuous exploration of new models and new practices that meet the needs of the elderly and the actual national conditions.With the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution based on technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,and the development of economy,which has brought new vitality to the development of elderly care services,the government actively develops the smart elderly care model,hoping to integrate all social resources through the integration and innovation of information technology and elderly care services,to increases the supply of elderly care services,and to solve the imbalance problem between supply and demand of elderly care services,so that "the old have a sense of security,a sense of love,a sense of action and a sense of use" can really become a reality.So this article is divided into five chapters,and studies the smart elderly care service model in Changsha,hoping to contribute slightly to promote the development of smart elderly care in China.The first chapter analyzes the research background from the overall situation of China and Changsha,and sorts out the research significance;Then,based on a large number of literature studies,sorts out the domestic and foreign research results on intelligent elderly care and embedded theory,so defines the research ideas and methods of this thesis.The second chapter defines related concepts and basic theories,which lays the conceptual and theoretical foundation of this thesis.The third chapter selects the N demonstration block in Tianxin district of Changsha as the research object,and selects 2 communities with typical characteristics from4 streets by means of questionnaire survey and field interview,mainly including the basic situation of the elderly in N demonstration block,the elderly’s understanding,acceptance and satisfaction of the smart elderly care service model,the real needs of the elderly and the participation of multiple providers who service for the elderly.Based on the embedding theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,combined with SPSS and other analysis tools,this chapter processes basic data analysis on 435 valid questionnaires and 15 interviews,and sorts out the current situation of smart elderly service mode in Changsha.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing difficulties and reasons of the smart elderly care in Changsha,mainly because of the problem of incomplete rules and regulations,weak relationship between the elderly and diversified providers of elderly care services,deficient structure and weak technology.The fifth chapter,aiming at the existing dilemma of the smart elderly service mode in Changsha,puts forward some suggestions for optimization,including completing the system,increasing the supply of policies;coordinating the relationship,improving efficiency;optimizing the structure,improving the development environment;enhancing the technology and improving the intelligent service. |
