In recent years,with the improvement of China’s comprehensive strength and people’s spiritual life needs,tourism has become an important support for all China’s economic development."All-region tourism",as a concept that has formed with Chinese characteristics under the current special historical conditions,has characteristics in both time and region.Due to the vigorous development of China’s all-region tourism,it can be seen in practice that all-region tourism is of great significance to the development of China’s tourism industry,thus further improving the concept of all-region tourism to the new field of our development.Under the guidance of China’s relevant policies,a number of regional tourism demonstration areas have been built in our region.At present,regional tourism is constantly changing the development of China’s tourism,bringing new opportunities and challenges for the development of China’s tourism.Bay district party committee,the district government has put the top priority to tourism,the "tourism upgrade" as one of the sixteen word development strategy,with the force of the national global tourism demonstration area,Mei Ling scenic area5 A scenic spot,national tourism resort,three projects,effectively promote the bay in the local brigade development,bay area tourism into the "power shift,upgrade development" stage.This paper first places the main objects on the two major systems of regional tourism and government functions,And combined with the current situation of regional tourism services in Wanli District of Nanchang City,Using literature induction method,participatory observation method and interview method,Discuss the basic situation of regional tourism and government functions of Wanli District of Nanchang city,Analyzing the problems existing in the development of regional tourism in Wanli District of Nanchang city,This paper sorts out the three reasons of government function level,market level and talent level,An in-depth summary of what has been made,In addition,it puts forward four decision suggestions:scientific and reasonable play to various government functions,innovating tourism publicity methods,developing smart tourism and winning the support of market capital.Through the study of this paper,the government in Wanli District can be effectively promoted to play a better role under the background of the whole region tourism,and truly realize the coordinated development of the economy and culture of the whole region.
