Research On Government Function Performance In Shimian County’s Global Tourism Development

Summary With the development of society,the status of tourism in the development of the national economy and the development of the global economy has become increasingly prominent.Global tourism,as a new concept and new model in the development of tourism,advocates the whole society and the whole people to participate in tourism to eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural areas,realize the integration of urban and rural areas,and comprehensively promote industrial construction and economic upgrading.The promotion of global tourism can achieve full coverage of the tourism industry and build a tourism system with optimized resources,orderly space,rich products,and developed industries.Shimian County is rich in natural and human resources and is among the first counties to enter the list of establishment units of the national tourism demonstration zone.However,after several years of development,the level of tourism development in Shimian County is still very low,which is reflected in the low level of public service supply,and low global tourism operations and supervision capabilities.How to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Shimian County’s global tourism and build a systematic and full-covered global tourism development pattern has become an urgent problem for the government to solve.This article uses literature method,case study,questionnaire survey,and observation method to combine theory with practice,and analyzes and studies the government functions in the development of global tourism from the following four chapters.First,study the current situation of Shimian County’s government functions in the development of global tourism;Secondly,through a questionnaire survey,analyze the problems and reasons in Shimian County’s performance of government functions in the development of global tourism;then,comb the government functions in the global tourism demonstration zone based on the case Implementation experience;finally,based on the theory of new public governance,from "emphasis on macro-control functions,optimize global tourism strategic orientation;attach importance to market supervision functions,build a comprehensive tourism market supervision system;attach importance to social management functions,improve global tourism Institutional mechanism;attach importance to public service functions and optimize public service supply" four aspects propose measures to optimize government functions in the starting districts and counties for global tourism.
