Research On The Comprehensive Management Of Social Security In Anning District,Lanzhou City

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the people have lived and worked in peace and contentment,social stability and order,and the country’s long-term peace and stability have not only been China’s general requirements for social security governance,but also the general goal of China’s national governance.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.The prerequisite for resolving this major contradiction is to properly solve the problem of public security governance.Public order is related to the safety of people’s lives and property,to the order of social production and life,and to the stability of the national situation.Therefore,promoting the modernization of the social security governance system and governance capacity is one of the major issues in deepening social governance innovation.This paper selects Anning District of Lanzhou City as the research object,uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and study the current situation of comprehensive management of social security in Anning District,summarizes and sorts out the existing problems in the current comprehensive management of social security in Anning District,explores the reasons behind them,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature of comprehensive management of social security at home and abroad,the core concepts and theoretical basis are refined,and the organizational structure,governance operation mechanism,grid governance,governance methods and governance results of comprehensive management of social security in Anning District are comprehensively understood.Secondly,combined with the scope of comprehensive management of social security determined by the Central Political and Legal Commission and the actual situation of Anning District,the questionnaire design was carried out from the five aspects of "crackdown,prevention,education,management and construction",and according to the survey results of the current situation of comprehensive management of social security in Anning District,the existing problems in prevention and control work,social organization and citizen participation,information construction and application,publicity and education in Anning District were analyzed and summarized,and the reasons were analyzed.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects:actively promoting source governance,establishing a diversified and co-construction system for the whole society to participate,strengthening scientific and technological construction and information application capabilities,and strengthening publicity and education,so as to provide benefits for solving the problem of comprehensive management of social security in Anning District.
