Research On The Optimization Path Of Smart Community Service System Based On Community Construction Theory

The 14 th Five-Year Plan clearly points out that we will continue to improve the precision,refinement and intelligence of community service mechanisms.Constructing intelligent societies is a fundamental stride to achieving smart cities and a digital China,as well as an indispensable way to construct and enhance the community social governance system.The efficacy of community governance and the degree of service to its citizens are directly linked to the construction level of a smart community.At present,the smart community service system is in its initial stage of development and still faces many challenges.Scholars have extensively studied the technical aspects of prioritizing people,yet the primary role of residents should be given consideration.Exploring and studying more deeply the concept of social governance through joint participation and construction is still an essential issue in today’s society.Beginning in Beijing,this paper draws upon the concept of community construction and the research findings of Chinese smart community construction to illustrate the challenges of the smart service system and its enhancement strategies.To illustrate this,let us take the Z smart community as an example.Through field visits and interviews,the construction subject,service content and operation mechanism of smart service system in Z smart community are investigated,and the community residents’ cognition of smart service in the community is further analyzed through questionnaire survey.Despite the success of the intelligent service system in the Z-smart community,issues such as an inadequate service system,an imbalance in service content,and a lack of engagement from residents remain.Inadequate top-level planning,a lack of understanding of the needs of inhabitants,and an unwillingness to engage with the community are the root causes of autonomy.This paper,based on the concept of community construction,proposes countermeasures and proposals to enhance the top-level design,the combination of technology and topics,and the eagerness of inhabitants to take part.Aiming to perfect and enhance the Z-smart community’s smart service system,with a focus on the three areas of government,community,and residents,this project will also provide references for its smart service practices.
