A Study On The Aging Of Community Service In The Context Of Smart Community Construction

With the rapid development of Internet and other information technology in China and the popularization of mobile terminal devices,people have changed the way to access to social resources,which promote the community construction and service in the direction of wisdom.However,most of The older in the community who were born before the information technology when are looking at the increasingly“High-class”community,they are more confused,unfamiliar and at a loss,and gradually becoming the“Marginal group”.This leads to the most prominent contradictions in the community,namely,community building,the intellectualisation of services and aging population within the district.As a result,the state actively deploys and steadily promotes the transformation of the aging population at the community level,and protects the living environment of the elderly,so that the results of development benefit the elder.Based on factors such as geographical location,population distribution,economic strength and radiation effect,this paper selects the smart community in S City as the research sample,takes the goal of modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity as well as people-oriented and inclusive development of communities as the background,applies Rawls’ "fairness and justice" theory,new public service theory and governance theory,and adopts the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,Focusing on the problems existing in the aging process of smart community service in S City,such as the lack of consideration on the digital literacy of the elderly population,the lack of attention to the actual situation of the elderly population in the service mode,the lack of consideration on the use habits of the elderly population in the service platform,and the lack of response to the diversified demands of the elderly population in the service content,we deeply analyze that the above problems are mainly caused by the separation of "Tao" and "Technique" induced by the supremacy of technology It is caused by the excessive weakening of people’s subjectivity,the lagging of overall planning,the difficulty of resource connection,the lack of cooperation mechanism,and the difficulty in forming service tension.For this reason,this paper proposes to improve the living environment,living standard and happiness index of the elderly in the community from five aspects: strengthening the guidance of party building,improving the service concept,improving the service mode,updating the service platform,and improving the service supply.
