Study On The Status And Function Of Township Government In The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In J Township Xinmi City,Henan Province

J Township of Xinmi City has rich ecological resources and good agricultural resources as the basis.The development of leisure agriculture in J Township can start from the in-depth development of agricultural resources,improve the agricultural environment,adjust the industrial structure of agricultural economy and other ways to provide leisure services for tourists and increase the income of farmers.In the process of the development of leisure agriculture,the government of J Township guides the development of leisure agriculture by performing its functions and has been playing a decisive role.This paper collects first-hand information through literature research method and field research method,and makes statistical summary of the data,analyzes the duty performance behavior of J township government in the development of leisure agriculture,and studies how the township government can better play the guiding role of the government in the development of leisure agriculture by improving its duty performance behavior.Thus,leisure agriculture in J Township can develop more healthily and more rapidly.Through investigation,it is found that the J Township government plays its functions in the development of leisure agriculture by planning and leading,providing services,promoting governance and creating atmosphere,which is of great significance to the improvement of local ecological environment and the increase of residents’ income level.However,the investigation found that the government lacked precise guidance in the planning process,the infrastructure was not sound enough,the market regulation was weak and weak,the capital subsidies could not meet the demand and other problems,which were caused by the insufficient personnel allocation of the government departments of J Township,the unstable capital investment and the mechanism operation.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper from the optimization of government team construction,to ensure the intensity of capital investment;Suggestions on how to improve the government’s performance behavior in the development of leisure agriculture are put forward from four aspects,including broadening the existing propaganda channels and optimizing the supervision methods.Measures should be taken simultaneously to promote the benign and sustainable development of leisure agriculture in J Township.
