Analysis And Optimization Of Intelligent Transportation In Lhasa

With the rapid development of Lhasa’s social economy,the acceleration of the urbanization process,the constant growth of car ownership and the increasing demand for public travel have brought more challenges to the traffic.Urban road infrastructure has been unable to meet the traffic travel requirements,gradually causing urban road congestion,and the ensuing urban problems such as traffic safety,resource waste,and environmental pollution need to be solved.In order to fundamentally control traffic congestion,reduce resource waste and environmental pollution,and improve management and service quality,it is urgent to accelerate the construction of smart transportation in Lhasa.This paper takes Lhasa intelligent transportation as the research object,and completes the research according to the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems.Firstly,literature analysis is used to collate and analyze the development achievements of intelligent transportation at home and abroad,and the holistic governance theory,big data theory and multi-center theory are taken as the theoretical basis.Secondly,the field investigation method is used to deeply understand the development of intelligent transportation in Lhasa,and the existing problems in the development of intelligent transportation in Lhasa are analyzed,as well as the reasons for the problems.Then,mainly from the international and domestic development of intelligent transportation maturity and terrain,it lists the construction of intelligent transportation in Japan,Singapore,Shenzhen and Lanzhou,and analyzes the experience and enlightenment of Lhasa’s intelligent transportation development through comparison.Finally,according to the actual development situation of Lhasa,it puts forward to strengthen the top-level design and make overall planning;Information sharing,breaking departmental information barriers;Guarantee capital investment and introduce social capital;Optimize the construction of intelligent platform to improve the degree of information utilization;Construct talent training system,innovate talent mechanism;We will improve cyber security.Finally,in the conclusion and prospect part,the overall elaboration of this paper to optimize the construction of Lhasa smart traffic countermeasures and suggestions,and according to the work completed in this paper,objective elaboration of the shortcomings of this research.The development of smart transportation in Lhasa brings convenience to residents’ daily travel,improves the efficiency of traffic management,and promotes the construction of smart city in Lhasa.If the current problems in the development can be solved,the construction of intelligent transportation in Lhasa will be promoted to a higher level,and the development of Lhasa will face a better future.
