Intelligent transportation is the specific application of smart city in the field of transportation,which is of great significance to economic construction and social development.Tianjin,as the economic center of northern China,has a large population and large traffic demand.Citizens are eager to improve the travel environment and harvest the experience of smart life through Intelligent transportation.At present,in the process of the development of intelligent transportation,Tianjin has encountered many problems,such as the large gap in the degree of intelligent transportation,the need to improve the intelligent transportation management system,and the need to strengthen the service level of intelligent infrastructure.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to scientifically evaluate the construction level of intelligent transportation in Tianjin,explore the factors affecting the development of intelligent transportation,and put forward the promotion strategies.According to the DPSIR model,this paper constructs an index system with distinctive characteristics,and uses TOPSIS method to evaluate,to explore the factors affecting the development of intelligent transportation in Tianjin,which enriches the sustainable development theory,government function theory and new public service theory.Firstly,this paper takes Tianjin’s intelligent transportation as the research object,constructs the evaluation system of Tianjin’s intelligent transportation development level on the basis of DPSIR model,including five dimensions of driving force factor,pressure factor,state factor,influencing factor and response factor,with a total of 32 indicators.After the indicators are collected,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight.On this basis,the TOPSIS evaluation method is used to calculate the closeness degree.Finally,the closeness degree is sorted.It is found that from 2015 to 2019,the overall level of intelligent transportation in Tianjin is on the rise,and it has reached the level of wisdom in 2017,but there are still weak links and shortcomings.The specific suggestions put forward in this paper are to enhance the hematopoietic capacity of intelligent transportation,improve the supply side level of intelligent transportation,pay equal attention to the construction of transportation infrastructure and management system Give full play to the service role of intelligent transportation in urban life,closely fit the top-level design of "Jincheng" and "Bincheng". |
