| Intelligent City is based on the development of intelligent equipment and modern network technology,focusing on the construction of infrastructure in people’s thermal life.Focusing on the information transformation,and social,economic,political,people’s livelihood and other development linked and put forward intelligent solutions,To improve the quality of citizens’ life and to help the people to be convenient and efficient in the interconnected cities,to reduce the force of the urban operation,to excavate the potential of the city and to benefit the new ideas of the country and the people.In this study,the main problems in the process of constructing the medical public service of intelligent city are summarized in detail,especially the combination of system and theory.We hope to improve the medical public service better through the change between the two.And put forward the future development path to the problem,including the transformation of the concept of administrative services,the expansion of the main body of participation,public participation mechanism,and so on.The purpose is to make the public participate actively and feel satisfied while improving the administrative efficiency,and to establish the trust between the government and the public.The study based on the construction of intelligent city in Lasa is conducive to promoting the construction of medical public service,speeding up the further improvement of public service in intelligent city,enriching the construction of theoretical system,and providing a new way of thinking for the fusion of theory and practice.It has certain theoretical and practical significance on how to improve the governance of the government with the help of the construction of intelligent city in Lasa.This study analyzes the current situation of medical public service in Lhasa,the misunderstandings in the construction of intelligent city,the hot discussion of wisdom and the expectation of national medical public service,and so on.This paper probes into the development,advantages and challenges of the construction of medical public service under the wisdom city,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to make efficient use of the good opportunity to construct the medical public service.And through the case study method elaborated the Lhasa wisdom city construction present service,and analyzes the industry environment.Analyze strengths,history,challenges and opportunities.At the same time,this paper probes into the restrictive factors of the construction of intelligent
