Military transportation is vital for wars.In military wars,ensuring the transportation of military supplies relies on the effectiveness of the transport network.Sun Bin said in "the art of war" that an army will perish without supply,food and committee.Therefore,the transportation of military supply plays an important role in wartime.It provides some significant value for improving the efficiency of military transportation,making correct decisions in road traffic command and completing the task of military supply transportation in advance and reasonably.At the same time,it also provides meaningful and realistic guidance for the maintenance of national stability,the military’s success in emergency and response operations,and the safeguarding of national security.Therefore,it is very important to transport military supply to destinations under certain conditions.This paper gives some literature reviews on the supply transportation,transportation network,military supply concealed transportation and the two-stage material transportation model firstly.Next,it classifies and analyzes transportation nodes and road sections in the military transportation network,and calculates the concealment at the first place.Then a two-stage transportation optimization model which maximizes the concealment degree is constructed based on the objective constraints of transportation networks such as the supply amount in the transport nodes,the inventory capacity,the flow of the road sections,the number of lanes and the number of transport vehicles.This model is divided into three parts: The first part is namely the first transport stage.Due to the reason that there is a small possibility for military supplies to be noted by the enemy in the first stage,it owns the relative more concealment.Setting the supplies occupy the maximum capacity of the transport vehicles as the precondition,the military supplies should be delivered as much as possible at the initial stage.The second part is the stage for part of transport vehicles to return to the supply-supporting nodes.In order to achieve the shortest transport distance when the vehicle meets the demand,Vogel’s method can be used to solve the problem in the more complex return mode.The last part is the stage of second transport and the concealment of the military supply in the second stage is maximized.Finally,the two-stage concealed transportation is added to obtain the maximum concealment transport scheme.The new model extends the theory of concealed transportation of military supply and provides some academic value for relevant scholars.Then,the model is divided into three modes: through transportation,transit transportation and mixed transportation.The feasibility and reliability are further proved by analyzing the example of Zhejiang,China.The new model not only expands the theory of concealed transportation of military materials,but also provides some academic reference value for relevant scholars.At last,this paper gives some conclusions for this study.The shortcomings and the expectations for future research are also discussed. |
