In recent years,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the work of children and Young Pioneers.Young Pioneers counselors are the main undertakers of Young Pioneers’ work,their professional growth has always been concerned by the Party Central Committee.However,the construction of Young Pioneers in Tibet started relatively late and made slow progress.As the main undertaker of the work of the Young Pioneers in Tibet,the professional growth of the counselors of the Young Pioneers in Tibet is of great significance in promoting the progress of the work of the Young Pioneers in Tibet and consolidating the achievements of ideological education for Tibetan teenagers.In order to understand the professional growth motivation of Tibetan Young Pioneers counselors,this study takes the ERG theory as the theoretical perspective,uses the narrative research method to obtain the case data of Tibetan Young Pioneers counselors,and analyzes the problems existing in their professional growth motivation.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.It includes the reason for choosing the topic,research purpose,research significance,concept definition,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research innovation and research process overview.The second part is the theoretical basis and design of the research.It expounds the relevant theory of this paper,the design of narrative research,the appropriateness of method selection,the determination of research objects and the situation of samples.The third part is the documentary of the professional growth incentives of the three counselors.Based on the ERG theory,an interview outline was developed,and through in-depth interviews and observations,the professional status quo and professional growth incentive status quo of the three Young Pioneers’ counselors were narrated and documented.The fourth part is the discussion on the professional growth motivation of the Young Pioneers’ counselors.Based on the narrative documentary in the third part,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of professional growth incentives for Young Pioneer counselors from the perspectives of survival,relationship,and growth,to understand the shortcomings of professional growth incentives for Young Pioneer counselors in different dimensions.The fifth part is the construction of the professional growth incentive mechanism for the Young Pioneers’ counselors.In response to the discussion of the issues in the previous section,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to stimulate the professional growth of Young Pioneers’ counselors.In terms of survival dimension,by setting up special post allowances,upgrading curriculum resources,and optimizing the working environment to meet the survival needs of the professional growth of Young Pioneers’ counselors,establish a material foundation for their active growth;In terms of relationship dimension,by improving the democratic working atmosphere,cultivating a collaborative learning environment,and promoting the development of industry associations,the relationship needs of the professional growth of Young Pioneers’ counselors are met,and the internal motivation for their active growth is stimulated;In the growth dimension,by expanding the promotion and development space,promoting teaching integration,and optimizing the evaluation mechanism to meet the growth needs of Young Pioneer counselors,we can stimulate their continuous motivation for active growth.
