| According to Clause 8 of the Young Pioneers Counselors Management Measures(Trial),Young Pioneers Working Committee should set up the Young Pioneers general counselors in the provincial(district,city),city(prefecture),county(city,district)township(town).The general counselors should be a person who long-term engaged in the work of the Young Pioneers rich experience,strong organizational and coordination skills and a high level of theoretical research.Based on this,by taking the general counselors of the Fujian Young Pioneers,Qiu(Xiaogan Qiu)as an example,this paper mainly adopts narrative research method to explore the professional development of the provincial Young Pioneers general counselors.This article provides reference and promotes the further development of the Young Pioneers counselors team.Firstly,this article introduces Qiu tutors’ personal achievements,growth process and career.Secondly,Qiu tutors’ role as a general counselor of the Young Pioneers was divided into two stages.The first period from 1990 to 2012 was the professional development of the provincial Young Pioneers general counselors.This stage mainly describes the activities of Qiu tutors during the time as the general counselors of the Fujian Young Pioneers,including the problems of the counselor’s team and the Young Pioneers activities,planning of the “three-color project” and the “heartto-heart” international project,meanwhile,in order to promote self-development to study everywhere.The second stage of Qiu tutors’ is from 2012 to the present,as a professional development of the provincial Young Pioneers general counselors.This stage mainly describes Qiu tutors in order to continuously explore the career of Young Pioneers’ career,he facilitated the program of “Children’s Organization and Ideological Consciousness Education” in recruiting students at Fujian Normal University.Meanwhile,he leads the team to study abroad every year since 2012.These two stages focus on the experience of Qiu tutor’s professional development.Therefore,by interviewing people from all walks of life,we will know more about Qiu from different angles.Finally,to sum up the experience of Qiu tutor’s personal professional development and provide reference for the internal conditions and external conditions of the professional development of the Young Pioneers general counselors.As far as the Young Pioneers general counselors themselves are concerned,they should have independent development awareness,self-reflective awareness and lifelong learning awareness to promote their professional development;as far as external conditions are concerned,the relevant systems of the Young Pioneers’ general counselors should be improved and implement the appointment system and training system.The professional title evaluation system supports the professional development of the Young Pioneers General Counselors. |
