The Research On The Professional Quality Structure And Growth Path Of The Young Pioneers’ Team Counselors

With the promulgation and implementation of the Program of Young Pioneers Reform,the counselors,solely responsible for Young Pioneers’ work,should be a close friend and mentor of Young Pioneer and study the approaches and strategies of how to promote professional growth to educate Young Pioneer in the process of organizing the activities,in order to fulfill the need of the children,to facilitate the children’s growth,to coordinate all work of the Young Pioneers as well as to improve the curriculum system.In this paper,three excellent Young Pioneer team counselors in Xi’an are selected as the research objects,and their professional quality structure and growth path are analyzed and summarized through observation and interview.The professional quality structure of the excellent Young Pioneers includes the firm belief in building the team and educating people(including the social ideals and beliefs of "loyalty to the Party’s educational cause" and the professional ideals and beliefs that contribute to the Young Pioneers’ cause.Adhere to the concept of child-loving and intelligent counseling(including a child-loving view and a tutoring perspective on intelligent handling of problems within the team,a wide and specialized body of knowledge(including well-informed knowledge and solid expertise)The professional growth path of the Young Pioneers includes fully stimulating the subjective initiative of the counselors and to create a good external environment for the professional growth of counselors.
