| Township civil servants are the implementers of the party’s policies and policies,as well as the direct promotion and implementers of the rural revitalization strategy.The level of political consciousness and ability of the township civil servants is directly related to whether the strategic goal of rural revitalization can be successfully realized,directly related to the immediate interests of farmers can be effectively protected.As there is still a gap between urban and rural areas in our country,rural areas are still the weak link of our economic and social development.In the face of the more complex environment and challenges of our new era,the contradictions and problems in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy have also taken on new characteristics.To deal with these problems,it is necessary to constantly improve the ability and level of the township civil servants.Therefore,the study of how to strengthen the construction of township civil servants is of great and far-reaching significance to the promotion of rural revitalization strategy In the context of rural revitalization strategy,based on the two-factor theory and the new public service theory,the construction of s county township civil servants was studied by literature review,Case Study and questionnaire survey.Based on the two-factor theory and the new public service theory,this paper takes the construction of the rural civil servants in s county as the research object under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,literature Review,Case Analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods were used to carry out the study.First of all,according to the relevant literature analysis of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and township civil servants between the logical relationship.The first is that the rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for the township civil servants,including: the requirements for a more stable team,the work of the township civil servants put forward higher requirements;The political and professional quality of this team should be improved.Second,the construction of township civil servants is of great significance to the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which is mainly manifested in: leading the grass-roots ideological propaganda,mobilizing the positive elements of development,making solid progress in the overall strategy;We will implement development goals.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the construction of s county’s township civil servants,according to the survey data on the status of s township civil servants to conduct a comprehensive and objective analysis.The survey data shows that:1)the overall job satisfaction of s county township civil servants is relatively low;Second,the ideological understanding of a larger gap;third,the salary and treatment of low satisfaction;four is not satisfied with the work environment;five is the feeling of greater pressure.Thirdly,it deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of s county’s township civil servants.Firstly,the problem of the stability of the township civil servants is still outstanding;secondly,the political literacy of the township civil servants needs to be improved;thirdly,the professional ability of the township civil servants still has a gap with the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy;Fourthly,the service consciousness of the township civil servants needs to be further promoted,and fifthly,the structure of the township civil servants is unreasonable.Then,from the system,the township civil servants themselves and the external environment of three levels to explain the causes of the above problems.Finally,combined with the actual situation of s county,this paper probes into the new train of thought of the construction of our country’s township civil servants under the rural revitalization strategy,and puts forward the following suggestions: first,strengthen the system construction and mechanism improvement work mainly: improve the cadre training mechanism,improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism,and improve the performance evaluation mechanism;Second,to improve the quality of township civil servants,it is mainly to strengthen political quality education,improve the awareness of serving the people and improve professional quality education;The third is to strengthen the external construction mainly to promote the burden reduction at the grass-roots level and improve the working life of villages and towns. |
